Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed for transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return until it reaches our warehouse.
